I began taking yoga classes over a decade ago and although I can’t say what brought me there, I can say that I stayed because I loved it and because I needed it. Mindfulness began on the mat and slowly began to work it’s way into all aspects of my life, paving the way for a brighter and more full-filling future.
With intent focus and enormous drive I began my 200 hour teacher training in both Yin & Yang styles through Buddha Nest Yoga in October 2016 and completed in May 2017. When not on the mat you can find me with my family (I have a rescue dog, a little boy and a husband), out in the woods, by some form of water (probably the ocean), rock climbing, knitting, reading, or in my studio creating art.
